All qualifiers will be notified through email with a link to registration following our Kickoff event. All registrations must be received by March 4th! Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot in the April trip.
All flights will be booked through Concur. The closest to Marco Island and the main airport is Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers. It is located about 55 minutes from the hotel.
Yes, all attendees arriving on April 28th and departing May 1, 2022 will have organized transfers when they arrive to the Fort Myers airport to transport them to/from JW Marco Island.

We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions. Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. The additional night price is $489++ for single room.
Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled rooms will be billed back to you through payroll.
This is a casual trip, shorts/bathing suits, sundresses, and sandals will be worn for most of the event. Please do not wear bathing suits within the hotel without appropriate cover up or a shirt.
For the evenings we do recommend Resort Casual.
For men please bring one pair of long pants and loafers for our final dinner. It will be Beach Chic attire.
Each trip includes round trip coach air transportation, transfers to Marco Island, welcome reception, group activity, farewell dinner event, and a 3-night stay at the luxurious JW Marco Island. Additional resort credit will be provided to help defray the cost of food throughout your trip.
There will be two options.
1. All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email in a timely manner. This means you should be using the hotel wi-fi once a day to check for any updates or special events added.
2. The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
