Travel day to Marco Island, Florida
*** Check-in time is 4pm, early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.
Upon arrival to the airport please completely exit the airport and you will find an AmWell sign for your transfer to the hotel.
- You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.
7:00-9:30pm: Please join us for a Group Welcome Reception taking place at the Barrier Island Terrace on Property at the JW. The Barrier Island Terrace is located on the 5th floor of Lanai Tower. Once you exit the elevator the doors to terrace are just across from elevator bay.
Drink and appetizer stations will be provided from 7pm-9pm. Make sure you stop by our gifting experience to select your gifts! Casual attire recommended.
Friday 4/29/2022
Breakfast On Own. Breakfast is served daily at Maia from 7:00-11:30 AM. Café San Marco is the perfect destination for coffee, tea and light bites. This intimate coffee house offers both indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the resort pool, and is open all day.
Day of Leisure
1:00-5:00PM. Join us for afternoon get together. We will have a cabana for an AmWell headquarters with snacks and drinks throughout the day! Stop by!
If you wish to be more active, the JW offers plenty of options on property such as:
- Kayaking
- Water Sports - Boating, Jet Ski Rental
- Beach Volleyball

Activity Day!
Spa Appointment. Enjoy a 50-minute massage or facial at the Spa by JW. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to sign in and get prepared for your treatment. Please check your individual itineraries for your spa time. Please note that gratuities have been covered by AmWell.
18 Holes of Golf - From the blues of the surf to the rolling fairways discover a golfer’s paradise on this par 72 course. Planned by acclaimed designers Peter Jacobsen and Jim Hardy, you’ll enjoy stunning water features, fast greens, and refreshing, yet unpredictable Gulf breezes. Tee off from multiple tees designed for increased playability, ready to challenge professionals and golfers with a low handicap. Rental Clubs are included. The course is located just 15 minutes from JW Marriott Marco Island via our resort shuttle.
Catamaran Snorkel - Set sail aboard the spacious catamaran for an unforgettable 3 hour journey around the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. The boat trip is a great way to enjoy some fun in the sun and experience some of the natural beauty of Marco Island. Light appetizers and drinks will be included. Don't forget to bring a bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses.
Please meet in the lobby at 9:00 AM to depart for the dock for the 9:30 boat excursion.
Resort Credit - In lieu of an activity, those who chose Resort Credit can use this additional credit towards food and beverages, or an additional activity/excursion offered by the hotel.
7:00-10:00pm: Farewell Dinner Event - Join us as we celebrate all of your accomplishments in 2021! Head down to the beach for a night of dinner, drink, dancing and endless fun in this beautiful setting. Beach Chic attire is recommended.
